Today, Illinoisans vote in the first primaries of 2010, which may be the state’s most closely-watched race in some time. The pols and pundits (and former Presidents of Poland, above) are looking at Illinois like a big bag of tea leaves spread out beneath the great lakes to see where the fair winds of the electorate are blowing. While there is a handful I genuinely respect and care for, the rest of them need to avoid me lest I maul them beyond recognition.
